What the service provides

Send This Resume is a one-time digital resume-tailoring service. You provide an existing resume and a target job description. We compare them and, when the paid preparation is available, prepare a truthful, job-specific resume in professional PDF and DOCX formats.

The current price is $9.00 USD for one completed application. There is no subscription. Applicable taxes, payment methods, and payment terms are presented by Paddle at checkout.

Your content and permissions

You must have the right or permission to submit every resume, job description, and other material you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and confidentiality of that content. You retain your rights in content you submit and are responsible for deciding where and how to use the resulting resume.

Truthful output and review

Output is based on the information and evidence supplied by you. The service does not invent experience, credentials, employment history, or skills. We may make only subtle changes when the source resume already fits the role well. You must review the final resume before sending it to an employer and remain responsible for the final content.

We do not guarantee ATS ranking, interviews, employment, hiring, employer acceptance, or any particular result from using the service.

Payments and Paddle

Our order process is conducted through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for the transaction. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, payment-related customer service, and returns or refunds under Paddle's buyer terms and refund process. For payment support, you may also use Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.

Refunds

Refunds are handled through Paddle's Merchant-of-Record process and the applicable Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. If Send This Resume cannot produce the paid deliverable because of a product failure, contact us at hello@sendthisresume.com so the issue can be investigated and the appropriate Paddle process can be initiated.

Service availability

We may temporarily suspend processing for maintenance, security, provider outages, or other operational reasons. We will not knowingly present a result as complete when the required checks have not completed.
