Send This Resume helps you prepare a truthful, job-specific resume from a resume and a target job description that you provide. This policy describes the information handled by the V1 service.

Information you provide

You may upload a PDF or DOCX resume and paste a job description. A resume may contain your name, email address, phone number, location, employment history, education, links, skills, and other personal or professional information that you chose to include. The job description may also contain information about an employer, role, or contact person.

How processing works

We process the uploaded resume and job description to read the source material, compare the role with evidence in the resume, prepare a truthful tailoring proposal, audit proposed wording, and produce PDF and DOCX files. Where applicable, AI/provider services are used to assist with these processing steps. The service is designed to preserve source-faithful evidence and not invent experience.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record/reseller. Send This Resume does not receive or store your full card number. Paddle handles payment details, applicable tax and payment-related buyer support under its own terms and policies.

Retention and deletion

Raw uploaded resume and job-description intake files are removed after terminal free analysis. Application state, source-derived canonical data, stage artifacts and telemetry, and final PDF and DOCX files currently have no automatic expiry. We do not promise a timed deletion period for those records. Operational logs may also retain application identifiers and error information.

Logs and telemetry

The application records operational status, application identifiers, processing stage results, latency and budget information, provider response metadata, and error diagnostics needed to run, secure, and support the service. Stage artifacts may contain source-derived structured resume and job-description data and provider-processing records. No separate advertising or analytics system is presented as part of this V1 product.

Your responsibilities and rights

Only submit content you are permitted to provide. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law. We will review requests in light of applicable legal obligations and the records needed to provide or secure the service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the version currently published on this site.
