Refund Policy

Send This Resume is a $9.00 USD one-time digital resume-tailoring service. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller.

How to request help

If Send This Resume cannot produce the paid PDF and DOCX deliverable because of a product failure, contact hello@sendthisresume.com with the application link or reference code. We will investigate the failure and initiate the appropriate full-refund process through Paddle when applicable.

Paddle refund process

Paddle handles customer payment support, returns, and refunds for the transaction. A refund may show as processing while Paddle reviews or approves it. For questions about a Paddle transaction, you may also contact Paddle Buyer Support.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protection, withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights that apply to you. Where applicable law or Paddle's buyer terms provide a stronger right, that right takes precedence.

What the service does not promise

The service does not promise ATS ranking, interviews, hiring, employment, or employer acceptance. A resume may preserve strong source material or contain only subtle changes when that is the truthful result. You are responsible for reviewing the final resume before sending it.
